So here I am my friend, in this post we’ll be discussing on how to reset forgotten PNB mobile banking password and other credentials.

Things you will need to reset PNB mobile banking password, mPIN, and transaction password:

  • Registered mobile number linked with your bank account
  • Bank passbook to enter account details
  • PNB ATM-cum-Debit card

If you have above mentioned things handy then just read on and follow the instructions given below to reset PNB mobile banking PIN, password and transaction password.

Reset PNB MPIN

Open PNB mobile banking app.

To reset PNB MPIN, from the app login page, tap on ‘Trouble signing in?’

Next, you will get a list of options, just touch ‘Forgot MPIN’.

Next click Continue to change PNB MPIN.

In the next step, you’ll receive an OTP (one time password) on your registered mobile number. Wait for the OTP. Enter One Time Password which you have received on your registered mobile number and tap Continue.

On the next PNB MPIN change page, enter a new 4-digit MPIN for your mobile banking app and then re-enter it in Confirm PIN field and hit Continue.

Following instructions will help you rest PNB mobile banking password. If you have forgot your login password then follow the instruction given below to reset the same.

PNB MPIN

From the PNB mobile banking app login page, tap ‘Trouble loggin in?’ (See screen given in reset mPIN section) and then from the option, touch ‘Forgot Password’.

Enter you PNB user ID and press Continue. Note: Your PNB customer ID is your PNB user ID. You can find it on your bank passbook.

Enter high security password you received on your registered mobile number and hit Confirm.

Next grab your PNB ATM card and enter its details in the given form. After entering the details, tap Continue.

On the next screen, you will have two options: Change Login Password and Change Transaction Password. For PNB mobile banking password reset, tick checkbox next to ‘Change Login Password’ only. In case you have forgot your PNB mobile banking transaction password too then tick both boxes.

Now you can enter your new passwords for login and transaction too. Use special characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers to create your password, here is a PNB mobile banking password sample ‘Maaps@123’.

That’s it. Your MPIN has been changed successfully. Now you can login to your PNB mobile banking using your USER ID and new MPIN.
