It’s the easiest way to find PNB customer ID or user ID. Just grab your Punjab National Bank passbook and on the front page, you can find your Punjab National Bank customer ID. Note: Customer ID written on your bank passbook is also your Punjab National Bank net banking user ID.
Find Punjab National Bank customer ID on account statement
If you’ve your PNB Bank account statement then you can also find your PNB net banking username on your bank account statement. On your bank account statement, you can find your forgot PNB customer ID that customer ID is also your user ID.

Find PNB user ID or customer ID online
If you don’t have your bank passbook and account statement then don’t fret, you can still find your PNB customer identification number. For that purpose, follow the steps given below.

Visit official PNB net banking website (https://netpnb.com/) then click on ‘Retail Internet Banking’. Note: If you’re a corporate internet banking user then click on second option.

On the next page, click on ‘Forgot User Id’ link.

Then, you’ll be asked to enter your bank account number. Simply, enter your Punjab Nation Bank account number in the given box and hit Verify button.

Now, a one time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number, just enter that OTP in the given field and click on Continue.
