Service is available for all bank customers whose mobile numbers are mapped to their bank accounts. First time callers will be required to generate TPIN to use J&K Bank balance enquiry service.
For Jammu and Kashmir phone banking service registration, you will be required to provide your account details including account number, ATM card details and thereafter you will be prompted to generate TPIN for your phone banking service.
